Our storyOrigin Story
Born from the problem we solve.
Our founders, Matheus Riolfi and Jerome Selles, were early employees at Turo, where they built and launched insurance in-house. They navigated the complexities of a regulated industry firsthand — the slow integrations, the rigid legacy systems, the operational overhead that scaled linearly with growth.
They realized that every platform embedding insurance was fighting the same battle with the same inadequate tools. So in 2018, they founded Tint to build the infrastructure they wished had existed.
Today, Tint powers insurance programs across mobility, property management, transportation and logistics, travel, and more. Hermes — our AI-native operating system — handles the full insurance lifecycle from quote to claim, in production, at scale.
We're still the first customer of everything we build.
That's what makes Tint different. We don't just sell infrastructure — we run programs on it. Every feature exists because we needed it first.
